Beverly Hills Dental Practice
A four-chair private practice built from scratch in Beverly Hills, opened in eight months from lease signature to first patient. Custom cabinetry reduced the clinic footprint by twenty-eight percent, fitting four daylit, view-oriented operatories into a three-operatory shell. Clinical workflow planning, MEP and specialty-equipment coordination, finish specification, FF&E. Everything the architectural side of the work asks for.
The operating work, the part most architects never get, carried the practice through fifteen years of patient flow, insurance reorganization, midnight schedule rebuilds, and the late-stage renovations that come from operating inside a clinic rather than only drawing one. Minuscule adaptations across fifteen years, each one absorbed without taking the practice offline.
Most of what the studio knows about clinical design was learned by running a clinic, not by drawing one.
