Rustic Canyon, Santa Monica · 2024 to 2026. Designer of Record. A 1,000 sf detached ADU paired with a primary remodel on a single canyon lot, permitted as a three-option scan-to-Revit study and phased through Certificate of Occupancy.
West Los Angeles · 2023 to 2024. Red-tagged by LADBS for two and a half years. Closed out in eight months across four submittal cycles.
Bird Streets, Los Angeles · 2002 to 2003. Project Designer. Comprehensive remodel and addition with framed jetliner view and infinity-edge pool.
High-End Private Practice · 2008 to 2023. Owner, Designer, Operator. Four daylit operatories in a three-operatory shell, opened in eight months from lease, operated for fifteen years inside the room.
Los Angeles · 2010 to 2011. Project Designer. Clinical training facility for hands-on simulation and continuing-education programming.
L.A. LIVE, Downtown Los Angeles · 2003 to 2007. Project Team, SD through DD at Gensler. Mixed-use hospitality, convention, entertainment.
